• English proficiency: IELTS: 5, TOEFL: IBT 61.
• The applicant should be Saudi, or on an official scholarship for postgraduate studies if they are non-Saudi.
• Applicants for postgraduate diploma programs, executive master's, professional, or applied programs should have a bachelor's degree from a Saudi university or another recognized university.
• Applicants for academic master's programs should have a bachelor's degree with a general grade of at least "Good" from a Saudi university or another recognized university.
• Applicants for research doctoral programs should have an academic master's degree from a Saudi university or another recognized university.
• If employed, the applicant should provide approval from their workplace for the study, especially for programs offered during official working hours.
• The default for doctoral programs is full-time dedication, but the university council may make exceptions when necessary
