Rutgers chancellor's Scholarship | Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must fulfill the requirements listed below in order to be considered for the Rutgers Chancellor’s Scholarship for International Students:

• Applicants must be international students
• Applicants must be non-sponsored international F-1 visa students, (not sponsored by a government agency but who self-pay)
• Applicants must be ready to enroll in full-time program
• Applicants must have proof of English Language proficiency
• Applicants who graduate from Camden County College with an associate of science (A.S.), associate of arts (A.A.), or associate of fine arts (A.F.A.) degree, and meet Rutgers–Camden admission requirements.

Rutgers chancellor's Scholarship | How to Apply:

There is no separate application for the scholarship. Applicants who meet the criteria are automatically considered when they apply and are admitted to Rutgers-Camden.

• High School certificate
• Transcript of grades
• English language certificate (IELTS or TOEFL)
• Two letters of recommendation
• Motivation letter
• A copy of the passport and a personal photo
• SAT or ACT certificate, if applicable
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required (through TOEFL or IELTS) if your secondary education was completed in a country where English is not the primary language, regardless of your US residency status.
